Why was LibreNode created and who runs it?

LibreNode was launched on March 17, 2025 as a passion project by Tech1k, built to give back to the community. With years of experience in computing and programming, Tech1k created this platform to provide free tools and privacy-focused services for those who need them while supporting the open-source community.

Why so minimal?

Glad you noticed the restraint. LibreNode is a gateway to our services, not a showcase, so it stays lean: clean HTML and CSS, no JavaScript, no tracking, no fluff. Fast to load, easy to trust, and exactly what you need. Nothing more, nothing less. The code is open source.
